What we do
Good tech deserves a second life.
Neuli takes pre-owned devices, checks them properly and gets them ready to use again, so you get the device you want at a price that makes sense.
Sourced
We buy pre-owned devices from trusted trade sources.
Tested
Each device is checked for function, battery health and faults.
Wiped
All previous user data is securely erased and the device is reset.
Graded
We grade cosmetic condition honestly, so you know exactly what you're getting.
Shipped
Cleaned, packed with care and sent out through the marketplace you bought from.
Why refurbished
Bigger bang for your buck. Smaller footprint.
Pay less
Get the performance you need for a fraction of the new price, or step up to a better model for the same budget.
Waste less
Choosing refurbished keeps a working device in use and out of landfill, and means one less new device has to be made.
Buy with confidence
Every device is tested and honestly graded, and you're protected by Back Market or eBay's buyer guarantees.
Who we are
Good tech shouldn't cost the earth.
Neuli Refurbished is a UK-based seller of quality refurbished technology. We started Neuli because too many perfectly good devices end up in drawers or landfill while people pay full price for new ones.
We keep things simple: check every device properly, describe it honestly, price it fairly, and sell it through marketplaces you already know and trust.
Neuli Refurbished is a trading name of Shoxitech Ltd.
