Warranty Agreement
All of our tablets, laptops, desktops and music players come with a 12-month warranty starting the date of delivery to the customer; this applies where the device you purchased develops a manufacturer fault within 12-months. This warranty is not transferable with ownership does not affect your statutory rights.
How to claim
If your product develops a fault:
- Look for any obvious reasons for the breakdown and consult the troubleshooting guide in the manufacturer's handbook or on their website.
- If that doesn't resolve the issue, please contact our technical support team by email at hello@neuli.co.uk who will be happy to help.
- You will need your order number, delivery address and date of purchase when you contact us. You'll find all of this information on your original email confirmation – this acts as your guarantee, so please make sure you keep it safe.
If we can't repair your item, we'll replace it with an item of equivalent specification. If no equivalent product is available, we'll either offer you the nearest equivalent specification or its selling price value, and we'll always do our best to make sure you're satisfied with the outcome.
